Yes. Prime Path Care Pty Ltd is listed on the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission provider register with registration status Approved and a head office in Marangaroo, WA 6064.
We can support self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants. The NDIS has three ways to manage funding, and registered providers can work across all three.
We support everyday living, community access, transport, life skills, nursing supports, and home and living related supports. If you are not sure what fits your plan, we will help you work it out.

A service agreement helps make sure you and your provider have the same expectations and understand what has been agreed. It is covered by Australian Consumer Law, and a written agreement is required for SDA supports.
